Introduction

Oneiros Dynamis Linkshell has as goal to provide a solid service of Dynamis runs. This means that entry will be free and that Relic armor distribution will be done in fair fashion. Also, when we have received a high amount of Dynamis currency, excess profit will be divided between participating members. In other words, if you invest your time, you will be rewarded.

Because Dynamis is a group effort, it is easy to under-perform. This will not be tolerated. It might seem elitist, but we expect you to come in the gear that is most appropriate. So no event gear during runs, no trial weapons you're skilling up (you can't get skill points anyways), no low level gear or gear that is wrong for your job. (Examples: a RDM wants to have enfeebling gear, a WHM wants to have gear that suits curing, a SAM wants to wear gear that enhances damage, a PLD wants to wear gear that negates damage).

Relic drops will be done in a cyclic system. You build points, and obtaining AF will reduce that amount of points. This ensures that people who joined alot of runs have a greater chance of obtaining a drop, but prevents them from automatically claiming all items.

Runs are scheduled on Monday and Thursday nights at 7PM GMT/ 8PM CET, gather together half an hour before the starting time so we can enter on time

Rules:

    General rules of conduct:
  1. A participating member will wear the gear that is most appropriate for his job and for his role within the Dynamis run. Inappropriate gear will not be tolerated. This includes trial weapons.
  2. You are allowed to go AFK, only if you announce it beforehand and announce that you have returned. Being AFK for an excessive time can result in the loss of the attendance point.
For example, being "AFK" untill your relic drops and lotting on it can result in a penalty.
  3. Always follow the strategy/orders given to you by the leaders and always assist the person assigned by the leadership for that run. Do not engage slept mobs unless told so (do not engage Avatars/Pets at all).
  4. Ninja lotting or showing other forms of unfair behavior will not be tolerated.
  5. Not complying to the rules can result in a penalty. The penalty will be determined by the leadership.

    Currency:
  6. Dynamis currency will be collected by the leaders and sold after the run.
  7. Profit payout is determined per run. Participating members will receive an equal share of excessive profit.

Trial period -new rule inforced from the 23rd of april: applies to applicants who haven't attended a run yet -
  8. New applicants will be subject to a trial period of 4 attended events.
  9. They can not obtain any relic during the trial period.
  10. We will not go for the win specifcally for trial members, we go for the win when several members need it.

    Point and Lotting system:
  11. Relic Weapons and craft items are free lot. EXP scrolls are lotted by the puller.
  12. One attendance point is awarded per run, but only if the player is present for the entire run. (From the start until the end). Half an attendance point is awarded if the player attends for more than three hours, but only if he has to leave prematurely or enters late. Those attendance points will be used to determine lotting order/the ability to obtain relic.
  13. A participating player can set a first and a second priority preference. This has to be set in the search comment before the run. It may not be changed during the run.
  14. The first preference has to be chosen before the first run a member participated. The first preference is a fixed preference, changing this will reduce your attendance points to zero.
The second preference may be changed prior to each run without a penalty.
  15. A member can only set his number 1 and 2 priority for level 70+ jobs.
  16. Obtaining an armor piece for which you set your priority, will reduce your attendance points by 1 for City zones, 5 for Northland zones. You can not go into negative points. In this case, the relic will go to a #2 who has the proper amount of points. (In case there is no #2 like this, an exception will be made)
  17. Dynamis Relic Armor Set Pieces are pieces that drop from monsters in Dynamis. These pieces are subject to our lot rules.
  18. When a Dynamis Relic Armor piece drops the following schema is applied:
    - The person with the corresponding job set to first preference and the most points gets to lot.
    - If he is unable or unwilling to lot, it goes to the next person in line with first priority and the most points. Unable to lot: trial period or not enough points to afford the relic (example: only 3 points for a northlands piece -> goes to #2 who has the most points and can afford the relic)
    - If there is nobody with first priority able/willing to lot, it goes to the person with the second priority and the most points.
    - If he is unable or unwilling to lot, it goes to the next person in line with second priority and the most points.
    - If there are no players able or willing to lot with first or second priority, it goes to free lot. This free lot excludes the players who have passed this item before during this run and also excludes trial members. Free lot also implies that a member won't lose points for obtaining the free item.
  19. You can only obtain ONE item by free lot per run.
